Requests & Concerns Process
Rainbow Crow Counseling encourages clients to share questions, requests, or concerns directly with the practice.
Initial Concern:
Clients are encouraged to discuss concerns directly with their therapist as a first step.Formal Request:
If the concern or request remains unresolved, the client may submit a written request or concern to the practice. A written response will be provided within 30 days.

Formal grievances or complaints may be filed with the following agencies:
