Hi, I’m Lizz (She/Her)!
M.Ed., LPC-TX, LPCC-NM, NCC, Owner.
“I’m passionate about co-creating a healing and transforming experience for each person, drawing from a broad range of tools and perspectives to meet their unique needs!
My WHY: Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially without the right support! My own experiences and witnessing others’ challenges led me to seek a healthier, more balanced path through counseling and body-based healing practices. This journey is lifelong, and I’m here to support you on yours!
Training/Skills: I earned a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in 2020 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas in 2023 and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in New Mexico in 2024. I am a nationally certified counselor (NCC) with the National Board of Certified Counselors.
My training includes Play Therapy, trauma-informed care for survivors of sexual abuse and assault, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) distress tolerance skills, Trauma-Conscious Yoga, Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness-based therapies, and somatic/body-based healing approaches.
I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including group practice, non-profits, community mental health, and residential treatment homes. My experience spans working with youth (ages 3–17) and adults experiencing various mental health challenges.
